So here is a little basic information on your ChakrasJ

The Root is your core foundation and it is where you whole base begins if this happens to be out of alignment you may feel a sense of insecurity, have issues with trust and your whole hierarchy of needs such as home/job may be worrying you!  In addition to this on a physical level you may have lower back aches.

Lumbar plexus are situated just above your root and  are responsible for your senses, sensations, feeling food and sex. If you are blocked in this area then your sex drive may be too fast or non existent, you may loose your appetite. On a physical level you may have problems with your reproduction, such as thrush, stds and so on.

Solar Plexus  is your main centre to your digestive system and  also your sense of freedom and personal power. If this is compromised then your more likely to feel trapped by your circumstances and suffer from digestive disorders.

Heart Chakra is the pulse point  of your sense of touch, relating, giving and perceptions of love. If compromised then you may have difficulty in giving or receiving love and your own self acceptance! On a physical level it is connected to your circulation & immune system. If blocked you may have mild to severe immunity problems.

Throat Chakra is your expression and listening to that inner voice. On a physical level it connects to the thyroid and growth. If blocked it affects your sense of expression or thyroid and growth problems.

Third eye is where your whole spiritual awareness manifests this is where your meditations transpire and you are able to look deeper within. The physical element is connected to the brain. A blocked third eye can make you feel out of touch with the spiritual and migraines, neurological problems may occur!

Crown is your universal consciousness and is the main nervous system!! If blocked then your nervous system may be a little sensitive and you may lack a sense of direction.
